Hey, I’m glad you’re here! I’m Victoria Anderson (she/her), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). The most important thing I want you to know is that I’ve been where you are.

You are not alone, and there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I have experienced struggles in my life, so I know from experience that it’s possible to become more resilient and change our perspectives on who we are and how we experience life.

Even if right now it feels like you’re going to sink, it is possible to swim through the difficult waters of life.

I’ve done a lot of my own healing work, so I could learn to embrace showing up in the world as my weird, wonderful self. And I’ll be that kind of real, relatable person in our sessions, too!

If you're dealing with things like insecure attachment, I can truly, genuinely say I understand—I’ve been there too. Through my own lived experience, I realized that attachment issues aren’t just mental, they’re stored in the body. EMDR was a game changer for me, helping release that trauma, easing my relationship anxiety, and boosting my self-worth, whether single or in a relationship. It made such a difference in my life that I knew I had to share it with my clients. Let me help you heal your trauma and untangle anxious attachment and codependency in your relationships.

I will always encourage you to  show up as your most authentic self in therapy.  In case you're curious, here's a little of my authentic self.

I’m a Virgo and a Sci-Fi nerd, which means I’m totally down to earth about the subject of whether alien life exists.

I’m thinking about taking up pickleball to see what all the hype is about. If you get it, let me know!

I have a head full of pop culture. Trust me, I’m a great addition to the team for Trivia Night!

I love everything 80s! I love old school arcade games, and my dream is to own a pinball machine.

I made a commitment to myself at age 30 to see one new country every year, and so far, I’ve done it. My most cherished trip was a National Geographic cruise to Antarctica!

I probably love your pets as much as you do. I will always gush over your pet if they happen to appear in session, so please don’t apologize. I love them!

My new obsession is throwing pottery, which is where Centered Self comes from. In pottery, you can’t make anything until you center the clay, otherwise it will flop. It’s a great metaphor for how to approach life.

My work is to help you “level up” and give you the confidence to achieve your goals.

I can help you learn to weather the storm, remain calm, Feel confident that you can get past your biggest challenges — and learn from them.

Life is a journey, not a destination. Sometimes life is really, really hard. Living is a work in progress, and it’s ok to not have “arrived” yet.
